Refund policy

Returns Policy

We have a strict 30 days refund policy, this means within 30 days of purchase.  The product will need to sent back at the customer's cost and needs to be in new and unused condition.  Any signs of wear and tear or labels removed, a refund will not be accepted.

Returns will need to be sent at the cost of the customer, we do not provide a returns delivery service.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have processed your refund. Please allow 14 days working days for the refund to show.

If the returned item does not pass our inspection, we will let you know via email.
